- Manage Leads on System
- Manage Walk-ins
- Coordination with Customer and Sales Team
- Update Management on a Weekly Basis:
- Support Documents for Closure
- Handle Inbound Calls for Inquiry
- Outbound Calls for Follow-up
- Manager Channel Partners
- Report on performance
- Other duties of similar nature
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a real estate company in Mumbai
- Experience in handling customer would be plus
- Technology Savvy- CRM Management
- Excellent communication skills -English, Hindi and Gujarati will be added advantage
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels would be plus
- Sales growth mindset
