  • Manage Walk-ins
  • Coordination with Customer and Sales Team
  • Update Management on a Weekly Basis:
  • Support Documents for Closure
  • Handle Inbound Calls for Inquiry
  • Outbound Calls for Follow-up
  • Manager Channel Partners
  • Report on performance
  • Other duties of similar nature
Desired Profile
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a real estate company in Mumbai
  • Experience in handling customer would be plus
  • Technology Savvy- CRM Management
  • Excellent communication skills -English, Hindi and Gujarati will be added advantage
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels would be plus
  • Sales growth mindset
