A decade-long journey of small investments into real estate as investors equipped Mr Suresh Shah with the  technical know-how of real estate. Under his visionary leadership, the family saw the opening of the firm, Shubham Developers, in 1998. Right during the start of the first project, Mr Dipal Shah joined the real estate business while still in his first year of BCom. He learned the basics of real estate, including architectural drawings, planning and designing, and execution and coordination with professionals and contractors. He started his proprietorship firm, Akshay Enterprises, in 2003 and began launching projects under it.

With a strong commitment to providing high-quality living spaces and by embracing evolving trends and adopting a customer-centric mindset, Mr Dipal Shah has taken the business to new heights. All materials are hand picked and contractors are appointed on labor basis, for which the Construction activities are closely monitored by Mr. Nishit Shah.

Mr. Nishit Shah carries the responsibility of procuring materials for the project and looks after the day to day construction activities at the site. Mr. Akshay Shah and Mr. Chirag Shah head the sales department.
