Shah Narshi Govindji & Company was established in & around 1920, a streaming & growing company dealing all the way from cattle feed & fodder, to Grains & Pulses.

The Family ventured into construction business with brand known as
*SHUBHAM*. The vision of the group was to focus on prime Locations land
parcels, in-house designing of projects, zero wastage planning, hand picked
contractors, optimum Quality products and materials used for constructions,
adhering to standard specific leakage treatment procedures etc. lead this
company to set its standards as high as being accepted by the masses as No. 1 in ‘Superior Quality Amenities’ & ‘Timely Delivery’ of Projects.

The group developed ‘Residential cum Commercial’ Building(s) on open land parcels and later ventured into redevelopment projects. The journey started from Koperkhairane, Nerul, Chembur, Mulund, Ghatkopar & Matunga, and
looking forward towards more opportunities to explored across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.
